I'm running a program that is displaying views from 5 cameras simultaneously. There is an obvious lag in performance time that is creating delays significant to be detrimental to the project.

Are there any suggestions as to ways to optimize performance while using these cameras? These could be software based from the camera code or hardware based. Anything from personal experience might helpful. Thanks!
